Gameful, playful, and engaging

Gamification has the power to make the difficult fun. For us, gamification is a mindset we apply to all of our projects.

It helps us to identify and utilize the motivational drivers to create change. Whether it is to encourage engagement with a product or service, to help adopt a new way of working, or to provide a playful way of learning something new: gamification can change behavior, and it is an important determinant of a positive overall experience.

Creating gameful experiences is not limited to games. It is about playful and positive experiences at any situation in people’s lives

 

We are extremely happy to have a true gamification expert on our team. For many years, Moritz has been exploring the field of gameful design and shares his expertise as a lecturer, e.g. at the University of Applied Sciences Munich.
